Inquiries.
The inquiry form collects your name, email, project details, selected service, timeline, and any optional company, website, or budget information you provide. It also records the submitting page, CTA, landing page, referrer, campaign parameters, and submission time. This information is used to respond, scope work, and understand which pages generate useful inquiries.
Submissions are stored at the edge before an attempt to synchronize them to a private CRM or send an acknowledgment. Cloudflare provides hosting, spam protection, and storage. Resend may deliver acknowledgment emails when configured. These providers may process information outside your country.
References.
Reference submissions are private until reviewed and approved. Your email is never part of the public reference. Your name, title, and company are displayed only with identity permission. A project value requires permission or an authorized owner entry, plus separate publication approval. You can request correction or removal by email.
Security and retention.
Please do not submit passwords, tokens, or sensitive business records. Access to submissions is restricted. Spam-prevention counters use a short-lived salted hash of the network address rather than retaining the raw address in the application database. Unconverted inquiries and pending references should be reviewed for deletion within 12 months; active engagement records may need to be retained for operational or contractual reasons.
Website measurement.
Cloudflare Web Analytics can provide aggregate page measurement when enabled. First-party event counts record page views and interactions without persistent visitor identifiers. Form attribution uses session storage within the current tab. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable first-party interaction measurement.
This stores a local preference. Essential spam protection and submitted inquiry metadata still apply.
